For downloads of the latest versions please see the downloads section: https://github.com/prof7bit/Tor Chat/downloads Please don't use the master branch at all, it still points to torchat_py but will soon be moved, if you have own work based on master then please rebase it to torchat_py.
This branch torchat2 is a rewrite from scratch, using Lazarus Free Pascal.
Cybersex is commonly performed in Internet chat rooms (such as IRC, talkers or web chats) and on instant messaging systems.
It can also be performed using webcams, voice chat systems like Skype, or online games and/or virtual worlds like Second Life.
How often, realistically, does the federal government, or new jersey for that matter, prosecute people for engaging in sexual roleplaying with a minor?
Hello there: Thank you for entrusting me with your question.
Cybersex can occur either within the context of existing or intimate relationships, e.g.
among lovers who are geographically separated, or among individuals who have no prior knowledge of one another and meet in virtual spaces or cyberspaces and may even remain anonymous to one another.
I am worried if she reports me because I have heard that it is a crime in New Jersey, & also a federal crime, to engage in sexually explicit chat with a minor.
We didn't exchange pictures or pornography or anything, & we didn't talk about meeting up at all.
Secondly, even if the minor was in a different state, the resources that it would take to track you down would be tremendous.
Furthermore still, they would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was actually you involved in the conversation.
Third, the minor would actually have to be a minor, and actually have to report the crime(if it was a crime). Learn from this incident, but I would not worry at all.
